Shipments and Returns
Futureclass.in has a clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and within a reasonable time depending on the location.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We deliver the products within reasonable time. However, please note that delivery times might vary based on shipping address.
Goods are warranted for a period defined by the respective manufacturers / academies Futureclass.in is not giving the warranty and does not hold out any warranty of products sold. Futureclass.in will not be responsible for any defective/deficient or otherwise unsatisfactory products. Futureclass.in will not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment.
(i) Conditions for return:
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
1.Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 1 hour of delivery.
2.Products/Items should be UNUSED i.e not activated. If the video lectures are activated then refund request will not be accepted.
3.Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
4.It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
5.No exchange or refund will be taken once the order is placed. Refund of the amount will be given only when the product is 'OUT OF STOCK' or 'not shipped'.
6.Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
a.Damages due to misuse of product
b.Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
c.Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's / Academy's warranty
d.Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
7.In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong info or recipient not present at time of delivery) any extra cost incurred by Univercell for re-delivery shall be chargeable extra.
8. Futureclass.in retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
9.In case product is defective or damaged then the Futureclass.in will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
10.In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reship to the shipping address of the order.
11.Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.
12.If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
